Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within accounting or professional services. Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero and WorkflowMax/XPM is essential, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client correspondence, sending out completed tax documents, and drafting standard accountant correspondence. You will also assist with distributing group communications and newsletters.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be confident using accounting software, have a strong work ethic, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
