Job Title

Job Description

The Field Service Technician role involves extensive travel to customer sites nationwide, requiring mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes.

This position entails performing inspection, diagnosis, and/or crane health checks for customers nationwide, conducting operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.

  • Prepare field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Complete required reports and documentation including field service reports and timesheets.
  • Attend technical training sessions to improve competencies.

This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.

The ideal candidate must have basic English communication skills, computer literacy, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, and a valid driver's license.

Able to work overtime as required, with extensive domestic travel may be necessary.
