As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers nationwide.

The role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes. Additionally, you will conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers. Proper documentation and reporting are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections and diagnoses at customer sites.
  • Conduct thorough examinations of crane systems and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal crane performance.
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to customers on crane operation and maintenance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for customers on crane maintenance and repair.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to read and interpret technical diagrams.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in software applications.
  • Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
