Job Overview

The Field Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing cranes nationwide, ensuring the safety and efficiency of equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation (or Preventive Maintenance Programs), troubleshooting, and repair of cranes to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • Conduct operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers, providing comprehensive support for seamless integration.
  • Prepare detailed field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Attend technical trainings as prescribed by the company to enhance skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology, with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, and to work effectively in a team environment.
