Mobile Crane Technician Job Overview

The Mobile Crane Technician will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes at customer sites nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections, diagnoses, and crane health checks for customers nationwide.
  • Deliver operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers.
  • Create field service reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers.
  • Complete required documentation, including field service reports and timesheets.
  • Attend technical trainings as prescribed by the company to enhance technical competencies.
  • Maintain assigned company assets, such as mobile phones, laptops, service tools, and company vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures on company and customer premises.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology.
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, and ability to drive.
  • Able to work overtime as required.
  • Extensive domestic travel may be necessary.
