Administrative Officer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions is a key responsibility of this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a project or property, including:

  • Maintaining uniform operational and financial reporting procedures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Preparing annual operating and capital expense budgets, cash flow, and management accounting reports.

Additional responsibilities include assisting owners with various tasks, such as:

  • The administration of insurance for the project or property.
  • The analysis and comparison of actual and budgeted expenses for the project.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide excellent administrative support to our clients.
