Project Management

  • The Project Coordinator 2 (PC2) shall execute on-site punch listings and supervise the project turnover process. These include meticulously counterchecking signed quotations, job orders, receipts, and photographic documentation of the completed project.
  • Communicates with the Client regarding the specifications of the project;
  • Provides quotation on the materials and labor to Clients;
  • Monitors the progress and timeline of projects;
  • Ensure that the Project Completion and Warranty Certificate is acknowledged by the Client upon post-project ocular;
  • Discusses with the Client the terms and conditions of the project based on the standard regulations before and during the project;
  • Ensures the construction is within the schedule and assures the quality standard of the project;
  • Executes on-site punch listings and supervises the turnover process;
  • Conducts post-project ocular checking to guarantee quality standards and completion;
  • Troubleshoots any problem that will arise with the project;
  • Conducts surprise inspections of Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) and Installer's work practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Client-Relationship Management

  • Accommodates walk-in Clients, and answers queries regarding the Company's products and services;
  • Provides exceptional and professional Customer-service;
  • Has superior knowledge on the Company's products, services, and processes;
  • Suggests products, services and new promotions to Clients to maximize profit for the Company;
  • Contacts Clients for measurements and project follow-ups.

Other Duties

  • Takes over the tasks and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator 1 in their absence;
  • Handles petty cash in the Branch Manager's absence;
  • If driving, completes the Pre-Departure Checklist for the readiness of the vehicle;
  • Visits project sites and attends to Client meetings as needed;
  • Willing to be temporarily assigned or deployed to other branches if needed;
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned by Management for the growth and success of the Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php20,000.00 per month
