Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide operational assistance, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in implementing and refining operational processes and workflows.
  • Record Management: Conduct regular reviews of internal records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Scheduling and Training: Coordinate and schedule training sessions for staff members and manage fortnightly schedules and reports.
  • Client Conflict Resolution: Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
