Job Description:- We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Expert to support our Global Risk & Compliance function in Manila, Philippines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in creating and maintaining minimum standards for how the wider Risk & Compliance function creates and maintains their mapping of applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in facilitating foundational work, including CRA launch planning, closing of CRAs on BWise, rule map reviews, and regulatory requirements aggregation into logical groupings.
- Consolidate and summarize CRA results for senior management and committee reporting.
- Monitor Compliance Findings created through the CRA process to confirm completion.
- Support training the regional team on the CRA.
- Respond to ad-hoc questions on how to use the BWise platform to deliver CRAs.
- Troubleshoot any BWise issues experienced by the regional team.
- Conduct other related activities and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy/Business Studies, Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work background in any financial institution is an asset.
