Country Quality Manager Job Summary

This role involves implementing and maintaining global QMS governance and tools in your assigned country. You will ensure that established requirements are enforced appropriately and record exceptions as needed. Your suggestions and recommendations will be valuable inputs to Senior Quality Managers and Global Quality Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance: Manage in-country quality management systems, ensure certification to ISO standards, ensure compliance with in-country regulations, laws, and statutes
  • Quality Processes and Procedures: Implement, maintain, and control approved quality processes and procedures, supervise, integrate, and evaluate processes across functions, support auditors in internal and external audits, manage in-country non-conformance management and corrective action system, implement continuous improvement processes, measure/evaluate process performance in-country
  • Knowledge and Training: Train professionals on quality management systems, communicate changes to quality management systems, identify and implement lessons learned, update and maintain GEC QMS iNet site in collaboration with other in-country Quality Managers
  • Data Repository and Reporting: Report in-country quality KPIs for deviations, audits, corrective actions, and lessons learned, analyze quality KPI performance data for targeted continuous improvement, monitor in-country cost of quality
  • Compliance: Establish and maintain process controls and improvement systems, ensure in-country audits are conducted and participate as required, ensure compliance with in-country legislation, serve as management representative for ISO certification

Shared Accountabilities

  • Senior Quality Manager (GEC) has overall responsibility for compliance with the Global Quality Management System.
  • Country Quality Manager has overall responsibility for compliance with required local regulations, laws, and statutes.
  • Support the implementation of a Global Integrated Management System (IMS) for Poutrix.
  • Collaborate with Senior Quality Manager (GEC) and Global Quality Director to ensure consistency with Arcadis QMS governance structure requirements.
  • Manage in-country QA resources to coordinate quality staff supporting projects.
