About the Role
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the assigned area.
- The successful candidate will deliver sales output for the assigned area and implement commercial strategies to achieve target volume, price, and market share through value selling and building relationships.
- Familiarization with building materials/fiber cement board and roofing products is essential.
- Achieving the sales volume target and executing assigned key performance indicators are critical components of this role.
- The Sales Officer will manage and ensure the fulfillment of all volume requirements for every assigned account.
- Providing competitor and market activity information, including price, competition, supply, and demand, is crucial.
- Effective management of accounts receivables and cultivating timely payments from clients are also key responsibilities.
- Identifying new project or dealer leads that will sustain company volume and profit is vital.
- Submitting regular sales reports, encompassing itinerary, pipeline, forecast, and action plan, is necessary.
- Monitoring customer development and activities in the assigned area is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related course providing a solid foundation in sales, construction, or building materials.
- Proven experience in sales within the roofing, fiber cement board construction industry, paints, solar products, gypsum boards, and waterproofing materials.
- In-depth knowledge of building construction materials, especially those related to roofing and fiber cement board.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events for networking purposes.
Benefits and Compensation Package
The compensation package includes PHP30,000.00 – PHP35,000.00 salary and PHP10,000.00 - PHP15,000.00 allowance.
Job Details
This is a full-time position located in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)/Outside Metro Manila Area/North Luzon.
