Insurance Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Service Representative to handle client inquiries, process policy changes and ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Client Interaction:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients;
    • Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner;
    • Triage and manage the shared service inbox, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Policy Servicing:
    • Process policy updates, including changes to addresses, names or business entities;
    • Submit, track and follow up on endorsements and miscellaneous changes;
    • Manage Commercial Auto Policies, ensuring accurate vehicle schedules in Veruna.
  • Billing & Compliance:
    • Accept and process direct bill payments with discretion and data security;
    • Maintain accurate logs of financial transactions in CRM systems;
    • Generate and send invoices via email and DocuSign.
  • Rewal Tracking & Support:
    • Track upcoming renewals, particularly for direct bill or automatic policy renewals;
    • Record and update renewal details into CRM systems;
    • Communicate renewal statuses to clients and support retention efforts.

Requirements-

  • A strong working knowledge of insurance operations and commercial lines;
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and servicing workflows;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
