We are seeking an exceptional Candidate to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert.
This role will be responsible for delivering timely and professional support to customers across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide assistance and resolution for common concerns, including booking issues, refunds, and general service questions.
- Review and process applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete.
- Perform modifications, including changes to dates, services, or pricing as requested by customers.
- Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues when necessary.
- Follow internal guidelines and workflows to ensure all actions are properly documented and compliant.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Experience working from home permanently is a plus.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers who love pets.
