Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable customer service representative to join our team. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will be responsible for handling general inbound phone inquiries from customers without internet access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist customers in placing orders via phone
  • Provide product information and help customers choose the right items
  • Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate call and order records

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Amazon customer service (voice support preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
  • Fast thinker with a no-nonsense approach and ability to get to the point efficiently
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
