Customer Experience Officer

We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Experience Officer to boost our client experiences. You will be responsible for tracking all points of customer engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services. At the same time, gain experience and knowledge in Fintech Operations.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

· Provide a high standard of customer service

· Handle feedback and complaints from customers promptly and professionally

· Liaise with teams to resolve operation issues

· Provide resolutions to customers

· Attend to all potential customers and existing customers, phone calls, social media channels, and emails promptly and professionally

· Handle registration of new user sign-ups and follow up on outstanding documents

Operations

· Perform customer onboarding activities following the company's AML/ CFT policy

· Perform transactions processing tasks

· Monitor transaction completion status, investigate issues/errors, and resolve

· Liaise with counterparties and customers on transaction confirmations/ investigations/ settlements

· Prepare and submit internal and regulatory reports

· Maintain SOPs based on up-to-date process workflows

· Proactively review and recommend systems/ process improvements

· Participate in systems testing and designs

· Perform Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Business-related courses.

· With up to 3 years of related work experience

· Open to fresh graduates with good academic records

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Meticulous and fast learner; Great organizational and time management abilities.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach

· Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Mature and with a high sense of responsibility and accountability to ensure day-to-day operations tasks are completed on the day and zero error mindset

· Amenable to work onsite. Preferably residing near Alabang, San Pedro, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Muntinlupa.

· Willing to work on a Dayshift Schedule and weekends (5 working days, 9AM to 6PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
