We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals over the phone or via MS Teams.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate new leads.
  • Qualify leads and assess their needs, interests, and buying potential through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings via MS Teams.
  • Achieve sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the company.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Background experience in BPO, experience in selling overseas.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone or through virtual communication channels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
