- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.\
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.\
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling.\
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights.\
- Analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and improve candidate quality.\
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective recruitment strategies.\
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.\
- Continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of recruitment processes.\
- Providing feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.\
- Contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.\
- Fostering relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.\
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with recruitment processes.\
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to recruitment and employment.\
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs and career workshops.\
- Representing the organization at external events and conferences to promote its brand and attract top talent.\
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.\
- Proactively seeking opportunities to expand professional networks and establish partnerships with other organizations and professionals.\
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) data.\
- Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment data.\
- Analyzing and interpreting recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment processes.\
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve candidate engagement and experience throughout the recruitment process.\
- Collaborating with HR and other departments to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns.\
- Creating engaging content to promote job openings and attract top talent.\
- Developing and managing budgets for recruitment initiatives and events.\\

- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.\
- Proficiency in HR technology systems, such as ATS, CRM, and other recruitment tools.\
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\
- A strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.\
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.\
- Strong project management and organizational skills.\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.\
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.\\
