Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and assistants, ensuring client satisfaction and success with our services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and assistants to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Account Review: Review customer accounts, performance metrics, and goals to identify growth opportunities and address customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing comprehensive support and ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of our services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and working proactively to ensure customer retention and minimize churn.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams to analyze customer data and provide insights and recommendations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Client Continuity: Maintain and improve client continuity and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Grow revenue from existing accounts through upsells and expansions.
  • Client Feedback: Achieve and maintain positive client feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm, with solid business acumen and understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Relationship Management: Adept at fostering and managing relationships with US-based B2B clients, preferably within business consultancy or recruitment and staffing sectors.
  • Executive Communication: Experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level) with executive-level communication.
  • Crm Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and drive progress.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and create exceptional client experiences.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: A self-motivated, results-driven attitude towards customer success.
