Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily bookkeeping tasks, handle customer billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records while providing excellent customer service support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile payments through Stripe and QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including following up on past due payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards in QuickBooks Online.
  • Process and record bills in QuickBooks.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheets.
  • Handle payment-related customer service tickets.
  • Process refunds and manage billing disputes.
  • Monitor and update memorized transactions.
  • Process payroll.
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries through Freshdesk.
  • Process Scheduling and change requests.
  • Handle referral programs and commission tracking.
  • Generate and send customer invoices.
  • Conduct regular billing audits.
  • Review and verify wage reports.
  • Monitor branch metrics and subject metrics.
  • Maintain accurate pricing plans.
  • Track and process sales commissions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Technical Requirements:
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Quiet work environment for customer service duties.
  • Computer with updated operating system.
Software Proficiency Required:
  • QuickBooks Online.
  • Stripe Payment Processing.
  • Freshdesk or similar customer service platforms.
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Willing and able to learn proprietary system quickly.
Schedule:
  • Must be available during US business hours.
  • Regular monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks required.
