
Business Development Executive

The Client Success Partner is the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for both Clients and their Offshore Teams. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving client retention and growth, and enabling offshore staff to perform at their highest potential.
Success in this role is defined by deep, strategic client relationships, proactive issue resolution, and measurable impact on revenue and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strategic Partnerships: Understand clients' business goals, anticipate needs, and proactively deliver solutions that drive results.
- Partner with Clients: Maximize offshore team performance through coaching, clear performance frameworks, and engagement strategies that improve retention and productivity.
- Support Team Development: Grow and develop offshore teams through support in performance management and identifying training & development programs.
- Monitor Relationships: Continuously monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify risks early and lead resolution strategies that protect client satisfaction and maintain operational continuity.
- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and deliver value-adding opportunities to grow and retain monthly recurring revenue.
- Retention and Productivity: Improve retention of high-performing offshore staff through strong HR management, development programs, and positive workplace cultures.
- Client Satisfaction: Achieve high client satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional quality service, operational success, and strategic HR value through effective team management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong Relationship Building Skills: Develop and maintain deep, strategic client relationships.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Utilize strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Contextual Thinking: Connect details across conversations, issues, and performance data to drive informed decision-making.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand drivers of client revenue and retention.
- Effective Communications: Employ strong and effective communications skills, both written and verbal.
