We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong network in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors, preferably with clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • B-build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO/IT services and staffing industries.
  • Strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-based structure with a retainer fee.
