As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be a key player in identifying new opportunities, forging partnerships, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership and external stakeholders to help scale our operations and bring exciting developments to life.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and communicates effectively with business partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Facilitates and processes technical and legal documents related to property development.
  • Applies basic knowledge of legal and technical documentation to support project requirements.
  • Reads and interprets development plans to assist in project coordination.
  • Works independently and manages tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Attends meetings, records minutes, and follows up on action items.
  • Prepares clear and professional reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assists in the preparation and processing of financial documents and project budgets.
  • Joins external meetings and site inspections to support project development and partner engagement.
  • Assists in scheduling board meetings and coordinating related logistics.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business management or a technical related field.
  • With at least 6mos. to 2years experience in Project management, Real Estate, or construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or GIS is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
