About the role:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful lead generator to identify and prioritise high-potential business leads for a dynamic accounting firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and analyse a comprehensive database of registered companies to identify potential leads based on specific criteria.
- Conduct research to find relevant contact details, particularly for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalized messages to drive engagement and response.
- Qualify leads by assessing their readiness for further conversation and interest in our accounting services.
- Deliver qualified leads to stakeholders for further follow-up.
- Continuously refine the lead generation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.
- Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong research skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative – comfortable solving problems and figuring out the best approach independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
