We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Hospitality Officer to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, inquiries, and manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese language skills; English language skills also an asset.
  • Pleasing personality and presentable appearance.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
