We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Liaison Officer to join our team at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between departments regarding front desk operations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Room Service to ensure seamless delivery of amenities and services.
  • Analyze guest preferences and tailor front desk services to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest history and preferences.
  • Work closely with Front Office staff to resolve guest complaints and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Front Desk or Guest Relations role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with front office management systems and software.
