We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern productivity tools. You will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and keeping projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive (and Dropbox if required).
  • Create, update, and track projects in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily operations.
  • Assist with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.
  • Communicate effectively through Slack and maintain clear documentation of tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva.
  • Takes ownership; self-starter; independent; resourceful, someone who does not need much guidance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
