Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our clients in the fast-paced roofing industry.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in performing support and administrative tasks specific to the construction and roofing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries related to roofing services.
  • Maintain, organize, and store company records, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist in managing roofing project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other necessary financial documentation.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in office management, business management, or any related course.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the construction or roofing industry is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with roofing terminology, materials, and processes is a plus.
  • Customer-oriented and can adapt to and respond to diverse nationalities.
