
Remote Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in executive assistance, project management, and data entry. They will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, students, volunteers, and external contacts.
Manage park permitting processes, oversee contracts, coordinate internship and volunteer programs, and assist with hiring.
Input and maintain program data, process superbills, and monitor project deadlines.
Update the company website, support operational and marketing tasks, and record processes for training and onboarding.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative support role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication; professional and clear communicator.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and proactively problem-solve.
Comfortable using and managing multiple platforms, including ClickUp, Trello, Google Workspace, EMR systems, Acuity Scheduling, Zoom, Google Meet, LastPass, Loom, Squarespace.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in compliance-related and data-entry tasks.
Experience with multi-state practices or organizations experiencing rapid growth is a plus.
