Business Development Representative – Remote

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth for a scaling business. You will own the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature.
Responsibilities- Owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature
- Conducting discovery calls with clients
- Delivering product demonstrations
- Creating tailored proposals
- Negotiating contracts with decision-makers
- Collaborating with a revenue team and working with senior leadership where applicable
- 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities with consistent monthly revenue targets
- Engaging with established business owners who have genuine buying authority and budget
- Clear progression opportunities within the organisation
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales closing or business development roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Experience conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal-closing skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet working environment; good-quality microphone or headset
