
Driving Revenue Growth Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional with expertise in driving revenue growth and managing complex sales pipelines?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Strategic Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and managing scalable lead generation systems, and integrating tools like Apollo to accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies that drive pipeline growth, partnering with leadership to design playbooks, cadences, and account-based strategies.
- Manage and optimize platforms like Apollo for lead sourcing, enrichment, sequencing, and engagement, building and maintaining automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and reactivation of past opportunities.
- Integrate GTM systems across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms, experimenting with AI-driven personalization to improve campaign conversion.
What You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record in lead generation and outbound/inbound campaign execution, with strong expertise in Apollo, rB2B, and other sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM management, with familiarity with workflow automation and data enrichment.
- Strong analytical mindset, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a hunter mentality with experience generating pipeline from multiple sources.
