Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Revenue Optimizer to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our clients across the United States.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients. This involves conducting deep-dive market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.

You will track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR across property portfolios.

A successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. You will also have the ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.

In this role, you will execute pricing strategy adjustments and rule modifications within Pricelabs platform. You will analyze pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios, and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, events, and seasonal trends.

Furthermore, you will generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios, identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research, and create actionable recommendations based on performance data and market trends.

As a Revenue Optimizer, you will work closely with clients to understand their revenue goals and translate them into Pricelabs configurations. You will also collaborate with technology team to provide feedback and suggest platform improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience with Pricelabs platform (essential)
  • Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred
  • Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously
  • Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments
