As a Financial Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent for finance positions within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for success in finance roles.
  • Strategic Hiring Advice: Provide expert advice to hiring managers on staffing needs, market trends, and employment regulations related to finance recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in finance or related industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
