Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional customer experience via phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Exhibit high levels of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Applicants should possess at least 1 year of experience as a call center agent in the BPO industry. They should have a senior high school diploma or higher educational attainment.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent (BPO industry)
  • Senior High School graduate (or higher educational attainment)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City and on shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays if needed)
