We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team.
- Provide exceptional customer experience via phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Exhibit high levels of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Applicants should possess at least 1 year of experience as a call center agent in the BPO industry. They should have a senior high school diploma or higher educational attainment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a call center agent (BPO industry)
- Senior High School graduate (or higher educational attainment)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City and on shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays if needed)
