Qualifications:Education: High School Graduate (minimum requirement)
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk role
Preferred Background: International BPO or Voice Support environment
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work in rotating shifts (if applicable)
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and service delivery
