Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Graduate (minimum requirement)

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk role

  • Preferred Background: International BPO or Voice Support environment

  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and service delivery
