Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, or Senior High School Diploma in any course.
  • Fresh Graduates / Entry Level specializing in Technical and Helpdesk Support or equivalent are welcome to apply.
  • Open to candidates who have completed at least two (2) years in college.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and comfortable working with computer-based applications.
  • Above average customer-centric skillset.
Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure the resolution of client concerns/inquiries whenever possible.
