Job Title: Senior Legal Expert

The role of a Senior Legal Expert is critical in ensuring the company's business goals are achieved while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mitigate legal risks to ensure proactive compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic support for daily operations and business transactions.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Offer expert advice on sales promotions, discount programs, and trade incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with competition laws.
  • Lead training initiatives and develop materials to enforce company policies.
  • Keep the business informed about relevant laws and regulatory updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience in law firms and manufacturing, with expertise in competition law, food and beverage regulations, labor laws, and litigation.
  • Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and case management, ensuring legal risks are addressed efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging senior management.
  • Experience in corporate governance and legal advisory, supporting policy compliance and business strategy.
  • Highly adaptable, analytical, and client-focused, able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB).
