Job Summary

We are seeking a Bank Lawyer to provide expert legal guidance and documentation services to our bank's various units.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of banking law and regulations, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the bank's units on a range of issues, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in banking law or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking law and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
