Job Title: Legal Expert for E-commerce and Corporate Affairs

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce and corporate law, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound legal advice on day-to-day operations, working closely with the legal team to implement corporate governance standards, maintaining accurate legal records, and assisting with any legal disputes that may arise.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Legal Expert will also be tasked with advising on a wide range of commercial contracts with third parties, including restaurants and shops, marketing partners, and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in e-commerce and corporate law, with a strong focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Extensive knowledge of local e-commerce/internet law, corporate governance matters, and labor laws.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A bachelor's degree in law or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
