We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, maintaining internal technology systems, and ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote resolution of common IT issues (PC, Mac, Chromebook) and enforce security policies.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to troubleshoot complex issues and share knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to staff on new hardware and software.
  • Resolve escalated support tickets efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems and processes managed by the IT team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and other major SaaS applications.
  • Ability to support physical IT infrastructure (computer, network storage).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
