What You'll Do:
We are looking for dynamic Technical Support Engineers to become part of our team. In this position, you will provide essential technical expertise during the sales process to assist potential clients, as well as deliver reliable post-sales support by troubleshooting issues, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and functionality of our IT offerings.
- Support the creation of technical proposals and customized product demos.
- Conduct technical assessments to effectively address client needs and potential concerns.
- Offer expert advice on product features, technical capabilities, and implementation approaches.
Post-Sales Responsibilities:
- Act as the main technical contact for customers after the sale is completed.
- Handle technical inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and support ticket systems.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot both hardware and software-related problems.
- Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and setup of products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain thorough documentation of technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
What We'd Like You To Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience through internships or entry-level positions in IT is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer service
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
