
Technical Platform Support Professional

This role is part of a global IT support team and is responsible for providing service and technical assistance to business systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform system checks, upgrade platform components, and provide 1st level support for infrastructure-related issues.
- Use established scripts and solutions to resolve known issues related to software/platform configuration, provisioning, and maintenance.
- Ensure that infrastructure solutions meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop an application monitoring strategy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years' experience supporting applications in production environments running on Windows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Service Management Tools (ServiceNow).
- Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with networking, security best practices, and infrastructure monitoring.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders and support teams globally.
