Job Profile

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Officer to join our team at Lexus. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Establishing Customer Connections: Build strong connections with customers through effective communication, active listening, and a genuine interest in their needs.
  2. Providing Exceptional Support: Offer timely and professional assistance to address inquiries and concerns, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  3. Managing Projects: Coordinate and execute customer relations initiatives, including LGES Calls, XM dashboard monitoring, and monthly newsletters.
  4. Analyzing Customer Feedback: Regularly analyze customer feedback through HappyOrNot surveys and respond promptly to concerns.
  5. Creating Engaging Content: Develop engaging content for internal newsletters, focusing on Vehicle Sales, Service, and Customer Relations highlights.
  6. Participating in Events: Participate in new car releases and special events, preparing 'Thank you' letters and contributing to a positive customer experience.
  7. Embracing Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the superior, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
