We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support, managing office activities, and fostering efficient communication within the organization.Duties and Responsibilities-Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization.-Attends meetings and takes detailed notes.-Assist managers and Managing Partners by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports.-Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)-Assist in the accounting aspect of the clinic-Ensuring office supplies are maintained.-Greeting, directing and assisting walk-in patients.Other Benefits Offered:-Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig)-13th month salary-Commission pay-Overtime pay-Additional leave-Company Christmas gift-Company events-Paid training-Pay raise-Promotion to permanent employee-Paid Birthday Leave-Medical Benefit ReimbursementQualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).-Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.-Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, including handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.-Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, and clients.
