About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing high-potential leads based on set criteria, researching relevant contact details, and reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organise and analyse a dynamic database of registered companies (updated daily) to identify high-potential leads.
  2. Research and gather key contact information for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
  3. Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalised messages to drive engagement & response.
  4. Qualify leads by assessing their readiness for further conversation and interest in our accounting services.
  5. Deliver qualified, engaged leads to stakeholders.
  6. Independently troubleshoot and refine the lead generation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong research skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
  3. Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
  4. Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative – comfortable solving problems independently.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
