About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing high-potential leads based on set criteria, researching relevant contact details, and reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise and analyse a dynamic database of registered companies (updated daily) to identify high-potential leads.
- Research and gather key contact information for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn and/or email, crafting personalised messages to drive engagement & response.
- Qualify leads by assessing their readiness for further conversation and interest in our accounting services.
- Deliver qualified, engaged leads to stakeholders.
- Independently troubleshoot and refine the lead generation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness over time.
- Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong research skills to efficiently gather and verify key contact information.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including crafting effective messages that generate interest and engagement.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative – comfortable solving problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
