About the Job
  • Prioritize outstanding insurance claims, documenting all follow-ups and communications with insurers.
  • Streamline claims processing by sending required documents and information to insurance companies for prompt resolution.
  • Analyze denial reasons and implement corrective actions to minimize future denials.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on Outstanding Issues to ensure timely completion.
  • Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievances and appeals, to resolve discrepancies.
  • Clear rejected claims regularly to prevent delays.
  • Update office trackers with payments posted and resolved claims to facilitate seamless workflow.
  • Complete assigned follow-ups from office spreadsheets to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals to ensure 100% posting accuracy.
  • Apply insurance payment postings according to established office procedures.
  • Monitor insurance process updates and share findings with colleagues to enhance collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong English verbal and written skills with minimal accent.
  • Background in dental insurance or collections is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in collections or related fields.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are essential.
