About the Job:

This is a senior-level position that involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, tasks and external resources within defined tolerances.
  • Define and staff project teams appropriately, obtaining necessary services to meet project objectives.
  • Comply with project management frameworks, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of IT applications and systems.
  • Communicate project progress, concerns and issues to stakeholders, users and senior management.
  • Ensure all project requirements are properly defined and documented.
  • Establish, build and update project plans, manage deviations and identify project risk.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the IT division and various stakeholders.
  • Express information effectively through clear oral and written presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and practices.
  • Experience in project budgeting, design, scheduling and documentation.
  • Good business analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong management skills and ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Able to build and manage good relationships with customers and stakeholders across business units.
  • Experience supervising matrix teams of associates, contractors and vendors.
  • Ability to coordinate/participate on multiple projects, work independently, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
