Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to drive business growth and expand our client base in the US. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing business strategies, establishing new relationships, and nurturing existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone screenings and assess skills to shortlist candidate profiles for review.
  • Coach and lead candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to win new business.
  • Establish strong relationships with new and existing clients through business development and marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 – 3 years of recruitment experience from firms or internal recruiters from multinational corporations.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and target-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
