Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at Australian Outsource Desk Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, research, social media management, customer service, document preparation, and project coordination.

Administrative Support
  • Manage emails and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and organize calendars
  • Update company databases and spreadsheets
Data Entry and Research
  • Input and update information in company databases and spreadsheets
  • Conduct online research and provide summaries of findings
Social Media Management
  • Schedule posts and track engagement on social media
Customer Service
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage customer relations
Document Preparation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Project Coordination
  • Help coordinate small tasks or projects by liaising with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
  • Tech-savvy with experience in using task management tools
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
