Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a structured sales environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has experience working with property management leads. As a Sales Development/Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You will also manage the full sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify property management leads using CRM tools and other resources provided by the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts.
  • Consistently achieve 10-15 closed deals per month, exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress, ensuring seamless client handoff post-sale.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure effective communication and resolution of client issues.
Qualifications
  • Native-level English, as demonstrated by fluency in speaking and writing, required for effective communication with property owners and clients.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or property management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, with the ability to adapt to different sales scenarios.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software or similar platforms, with a willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Compensation
  • Training Period (First 30 Days): $1,300 base salary (no commission).
  • Post-Training: $900/month base salary + commission, with incentives for achieving sales targets:
    • $50 per deal for the first 15 deals closed each month.
    • $100 per deal starting with the 16th deal onward.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
  • Fully remote work arrangement available.
