Job Title: Key Account Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in sales and account management, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process for major deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each key account
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform account strategy and maximize sales performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and pipeline
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Familiarity with the excavator product category and the construction industry
